Cancellation policy

To ensure respect to our guests and our staff, Radiance Medical Aesthetics and Wellness enforces a 48-hour cancellation policy on all appointments, including salon and spa appointments as well as Medical and Wellness appointments.

If a spa or salon appointment is cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of scheduled services. No-shows will be charged 100% of scheduled services.

A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations and no-shows for our Medical and Wellness appointments.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. You will be asked to leave a credit card number when making your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you do not give adequate notice, or you do not show up for your appointment.

Financing is available through CareCredit. Learn more about this by calling our office. We do not accept insurance plans; however, we are happy to provide you with the information you may need to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. Some medical procedures may be covered by your FSA account. We do not guarantee insurance reimbursement or FSA participation.

Electronic Equipment

To ensure the best experience for you and our other guests, please turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices.

Children

We strive to provide our guests with a peaceful environment for their spa experience, so we ask that you make arrangements for childcare during your treatment. Children under 12 years of age receiving a treatment must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 years of age receiving a medical treatment must be accompanied by an adult.

Groups

The team at Radiance welcomes the opportunity to work with groups for any occasion. So we can provide you the best service, we ask that you schedule your event several weeks in advance, and all appointments must be secured with a credit card.

If a group cancellation occurs less than seven days in advance, 20% of service will be charged. Group cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of service, and no-shows will be charged 100%.

Gratuity

Traditionally, 15% to 20% gratuity is customary for spa and salon services.
