Lauren Olson, founder of Radiance Medical Aesthetics, blends over 40 years of medical expertise with a passion for beauty and wellness. An expert injector with a Master’s Certification in Botox and Dermal Fillers, she leads a cutting-edge practice. Dedicated to innovation and patient care, Lauren is also a sought-after speaker and educator. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

With over 20 years of medical and surgical experience, Dr. Rudman now focuses on preventing illness and preserving wellness. Board Certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, he’s passionate about tackling modern health challenges like obesity. Outside the clinic, Dr. Rudman enjoys strength training with his wife, spending time with his daughters, and caring for their four dogs.

Board-certified in Gynecology and Anti-Aging Medicine, Dr. Comeaux brings over two decades of experience to Radiance. Specializing in natural hormone therapy, stem cell treatments, and holistic health solutions, she tailors care to each patient’s needs. With additional expertise in nutrition and integrative cancer therapy, she’s passionate about optimizing health. In her free time, Dr. Comeaux enjoys reading, writing, and traveling.

Wendy has been with Radiance since 2010. She oversees the day-to-day operations such as scheduling, inventory control, human resources, customer and employee relations, and management. She is dedicated to creating an atmosphere where team service offers every guest a superior experience. As Spa Manager, she works hard behind the scenes to keep Radiance running without a wrinkle!

Karleigh is a key member of the Radiance team, coordinating patient care, scheduling treatments, and providing pre-and post-procedure support. A certified CoolSculpting and MiraDry technician, she brings a background in plastic surgery and surgical assisting. Passionate about helping patients transform their lives, Karleigh also runs a dog rescue and enjoys spending time with her daughter and their horses.

Holli has been an Advanced Aesthetic Injector at Radiance since 2020. Holli administers neuromodulators (Botox and Dysport) and dermal fillers. Holli’s nursing background includes Neonatal Intensive Care as well as Labor and Delivery Nursing. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications.

Monica joined our team in 2011 working in Guest Services. She began assisting our nurse Nancy and quickly fell in love with nursing. Monica graduated nursing school in 2017 and worked with a wide variety of patients in the hospital setting. Monica rejoined our Radiance family in 2021 as one of our licensed aesthetic nurse injectors. She is known for her gentle touch and attention to detail.

Starla has been in the medical field since 2005 and joined Radiance in 2016. With experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Gastroenterology, she assists in medical procedures and supports the Ideal Protein weight loss program. A certified CoolSculpting specialist, Starla loves helping clients look and feel their best. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, boating, fishing, and spending time with her family.

Karina is a key member of Radiance’s Guest Services team, managing client care from check-in to scheduling. With a B.S. in Biological Sciences and 8 years in professional skincare, she’s passionate about aesthetics and hopes to become an injector. She loves Radiance’s family-like environment and the chance to learn every day. Outside of work, Karina enjoys working out, outdoor activities, and spending time with her loved ones.

Nancy is the Wellness Coordinator at Radiance and she wears many hats! She works behind the scenes to ensure the wellness team runs smoothly. She also works directly with Dr. Comeaux, Ob/GYN, NMD by assisting in procedures and patient care. She is also a certified Ultherapy and MiraDry technician.

Valerie is the lead massage therapist at Radiance, as well as, a certified CoolSculpting Technician and body expert. In addition to CoolSculpting, she also performs Emsculpt, NuEra Body Tight, ZWave, and laser hair removal.

Heidi is our lead aesthetician. She is a master of facials, chemical peels, waxing, microneedling, and laser treatments such as the Sciton HALO, BBL, and laser hair removal. Heidi completed and achieved her aesthetician license as well as receiving her laser license and certificates for the medical grade facials and devices we use in the spa.

Kristen is an aesthetician at Radiance and has been a pivotal part of the aesthetics team since 2013. She performs facials, chemical peels, waxing, laser hair removal, microneedling, and other laser treatments like the Sciton HALO and BBL treatments.

Ashley is an experienced aesthetician at Radiance with a deep knowledge of skincare. She specializes in facials, chemical peels, waxing, and microneedling, with a focus on treating inflammatory skin conditions like acne and rosacea. Passionate about helping clients achieve glowing, healthy skin, Ashley also works to boost collagen production for improved skin health and wellness. Her expertise and dedication make her a trusted resource for clients seeking personalized skincare solutions.

The newest member of our Aesthetics team! Kasey comes to us with 5 years of excellent experience in results-oriented facials, peels, and laser services. She is the perfect complement to our Ab Fab Team!

Bri has excelled at hairstyling since graduating from the prestigious Aveda Institute in 2005. Radiance has been lucky enough to have her since 2011. She specializes in cuts, color, and Keratin smoothing treatments. She is also sought after for her hair designs for bridal parties and special events such as proms and homecoming dances.

Hannah is one of our amazing hair stylists at The Salon at Radiance and she specializes in everything from haircuts to color to extensions and special occasion up-dos. Hannah received her Cosmetology license from Legacy in Tomball, Texas and has been a hairstylist for 5 years now. Some of her favorite hair treatments to do are balayage and extensions.

Jessica has been a much sought-after hair stylist since 2005. She comes by it naturally, growing up with a hairstylist mother. Jessica specializes in vivid colors and blonding services such as babylights, balayage, and root smudges. She is an expert at Keratin treatments and tape in hair extensions, as well as cuts of all kinds. She loves what she does at Radiance. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and crafting.

Monica has been in customer service for over 10 years. She always has a positive attitude towards helping our guests. In her spare time Monica enjoys reading and cooking with her son. 

Meadow comes to us with 5 years of experience in customer service. She has a passion to ensure clients feel pleased and happy with their Radiance experience. Meadow enjoys traveling the world, spending time with her friends, and playing with her Doodle, Winston. 

Shelby has been with Radiance since 2016, providing exceptional client care through scheduling, transactions, and phone support. With a B.A. in Mass Communications, she also handles behind-the-scenes operations like inventory and employee schedules. Shelby loves the fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with clients. In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading, and spending time with her family.

Angie has been in customer services for over 10 years and in the Spa Industry since 2012. She thrives on giving our guests a 5 star experience from the time they enter the spa until they leave. On her days off Angie enjoys concerts, strolls through Farmers Markets and time with her puppy. 

Brittni has 10+ years of experience in customer service and thrives on interacting with clients and the community. Brittni has a huge passion for creating and marketing on our Social Media platforms. All those fun Instagram videos? Yes, you can thank Brittni! When Brittni is not working she enjoys Peloton classes, weekends in the Hill Country, and quality family time with her high school sweetheart and their two daughters.

It is our good fortune to have Natalie at Radiance! She assists our hair stylists in the salon by assisting in shampoo + blow drys, as well as helping out all over the spa wherever needed. She is appreciated for her thoughtful and giving spirit. She is always the first to offer a helping hand to her clients and co-workers.
