However, Elite uses new and improved applicators that are C-shaped instead of U-shaped, which are more efficient and therefore require less time for treatments. Furthermore, while the original CoolSculpting is painless, it can also create a mild tugging or pulling sensation as the temperature drops. CoolSculpting Elite, on the other hand, freezes the area quicker which reduces any uncomfortable sensations.
